Training vest Adjustable Steel or Sand filling Weight training with Free Empty Sand BagsWeighted Vest Running Vest Adjustable Weight Training Vest for Strength Training

Front and back adjustable, 16 inner pouch compartments, looks durable. Good for training.

Out of the 13 sets I ordered only two individual plates were damaged which I thought was pretty good. Even though they were a slightly bent, I could still use them. I didn’t weigh them, but I assume they still weigh the right amount. These are great in my weight verse much easier to use than sand and allows me to add more weight than when using sand.
