SRIEI 1PCS Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint Planter Fasciitis Pain Relief Brace Achilles Tendonitis Bracket Foot Drop Support 2 Adjustable Arch Support Bands for Women Men

Great morning pain relief, Soft foam padding, Comfortable night use,

pretty good for plantar fasciitis healing. i find that the open toe type is better because it's less constricting to the toes when sleeping. i think these are made for the right foot as the middle strap is a little to the right so the right toe has less pressure. if worn on left foot, i find the pressure to the left toe wakes me up at night. the simple solution is to put a little foam or in my case a rolled up bubble wrap under the big toe to alleviate the pressure. overall i use this every night or right after a run and it does significantly help with the plantar soreness. combine with rathleff protocol to strengthen the fascia so feet can accomodate more load. good product. i highly recommend this if you suffer from plantar stuff. Great morning pain relief,
