Works okay

The fabric shaver is cute but defective. It charges well but when I first pushed the button it did not work. I pushed the on button 2 or 3 more times hoping it will turn on but it did not. So I opened the mesh cover, rotated the gears, closed the cover and pushed the button. It worked! Pushed the button to L1, L2 and L3. Shave tested a fabric and it shaved ok. Turned it off to switch sides, pushed the button and it did not turn on again. it's basically dead even though it is fully charged.
