Received the item with the correct specs as ordered altho it is not wrapped in bubble so there are dents on the carton so if it is to be given as a gift then it is not presentable. So i would suggest that proper packing should be done. Have not tried the product yet so can't tell if it is effective. Hope it will serve its purpose of hair growth nd less hair fall. Tnx seller.
