After checking out countless options, I finally settled on this one. It's perfect for solo meals; this pot does it all. I went for this model mainly because it has a depth of 9.5 inches, while most others are only 8.5 inches. I find deeper pots much more useful; if it's too shallow, things can spill over when cooking. This pot has a wooden handle and lid that don't get hot, which I really like. I've seen many with plastic handles that can get damaged quickly, but this one is great.

The quality is great, the size is just right, and after trying it out, it really doesn't stick!
