I've bought this a ton of times, both the thicker and thinner versions, and they're all delicious. They cook well without getting mushy or turning into a thick soup. It's great; I always grab three bags and then buy more once they're gone.

I was really happy! I couldn't wait to eat it from last night until this morning, and it tasted just like what I had back home when I was a kid. The rice noodles are so soft; just a quick dip in hot water is enough. If you leave them in for more than a minute, they get too mushy to handle. The water after cooking is like rice soup, definitely pure rice noodles. I personally think they're way better than the hard and slippery ones from the supermarket or restaurants!
