Six layers of packaging. That is a bit of overkill with so much garbage from the packaging.\n\nShipping and delivery were fairly okay.\n\nDirection on the bottle says 1 capsule per day. Recommendation on the brochure says 1-2 capsules per day - 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime. Since I was excited, I took 2 capsules on the first day - in the morning and at night. After my third capsule in the morning of the second day, my mouth and throat felt dry. I don't know if that is the direct effect of this supplement or something else but I didn't have any other implication before taking this. Now I will stick to 1 cap per day in the next few days and see how it goes.
