For Nokia 1000 100 FM Radio Original Unlocked Mobile Phones

we need to return the product as the ringer doesn't work!!! it is set to automatic silent when we call the phone. we already set the ringer and the phone lo loud but it doesn't. are a sound at all. looks like the speaker is bit working. when we go to the ringing tone setting it shut off !!! so therefore we cannot even touch the tone settings!
