The installation guide could be clearer, but the quality is good, and customer service was responsible about sending a replacement for the missing screw and nut.

It's alright, not too bad. The screws didn't match up perfectly with the holes, but I managed to find some at the hardware store. It works fine overall, nothing too impressive, but it gets the job done. I would recommend going for a shorter one. Surprisingly, there was no weird smell.
