I purchased an Orico NAS 4TB HDD from Lazada on 14/11/2025 and received it on 22/11/2025. Today, when I tried to install the device, I was unable to access the network. The indicator light turned red, and my desktop prompted that the device needs to be formatted.\\nCould you please advise what happened and how to resolve this issue?\\nThank you.

I am currently using it, but I don't know how it works yet. However, sharing files is inconvenient because it only allows a maximum of 7 days or a maximum of 50 downloads. Also, inviting others to share an account is still not possible. I hope the seller can provide a video tutorial for better guidance. Thanks.
