Durability: Depending on use (e.g. running/jogging, sports, walking), it’s really hard to say how long these will last. I don’t run anymore due to my plantar fasciitis but I walk as much as I can. I estimate these would probably last me at least 6 months but I’m hoping for longer. Comfort: Comfortable enough for me to continually walk longer distance without having to stop and rest my feet. I need to rest my feet around every hour before but now I can walk probably twice that or more before I feel the need to stop and relax my feet. Summary: There are so many different brands and types of foam insoles out that it’s hard to find one that’s right for you. These in particular are just right for me price wise (inexpensive), comfort wise (does not completely remove/prevent but lessens pain from prolonged walking) and fit wise (not too thick to wear my toe(s) is/are rubbing against the roof of my shoe).
