unit was delivered quickly; no damages. Installation was complicated. Called tech support several times; they answered quickly. I would give 5-stars to their tech support. Unfortunately, they could not help me turn on notifications on my iPhone. Rover app works best for androids. Finally, with research and trial and error, I was able to turn on notifications using the iCSee app. I would recommend the unit. Very useful when you are not home to talk to delivery person and see items being delivered
