HOW TO USE: AM routine (or 30-35 mins before any sports activities) Shake the bottle well before each use and take one squeeze of the pipette (that is around 1/4 of the pipette, or 2ml). We do recommend dropping the tincture under your tongue and swallow after 20-30 seconds, if you don't like the taste you can mix the drops with your coffee, tea, water or soup. STORAGE: Store tincture in a cool and dry place, keep away from sunlight and heat (DO NOT REFRIGERATE).
