HOW TO USE: PM routine (30-45mins before sleeping) Shake the bottle well before each use and take one squeeze of the pipette (that is around 1/4 of the pipette, or 2ml). We do recommend dropping the tincture under your tongue and swallow after 20-30 seconds, if you don't like the taste you can mix the drops with your coffee, tea, water or soup. STORAGE: Store tincture in a cool and dry place, keep away from sunlight and heat (DO NOT REFRIGERATE). Make sure that after every use the bottle is closed tightly, so that the potency of the product is maintained.
