Inspect harness and lanyards fir burns, holes, or heat effects caused by welding or burning. Remove damage harnesses and lanyards from service Keep this nylon harness away from fire, extreme heat and cold. Replace a damaged safety harness for a new once at once if you find worm-out threads, fittings, buckles or rings. Replace all harnesses, and lanyards that have been used to used to stop a fall
