They constantly sent me follow-ups and reassured me that they sent the correct item. They also sent me a picture of the package before shipping so I appreciate them for that.\n\nThe material is very thick and of high quality. Even the wheels do not appear/feel cheap. I was also able to wipe the wheels clean with just wipes. Wheels also roll very easy and don’t get stuck.\n\nThis product is highly recommended and the only negative thing I see about this is that when you expand the bag with the zippers and it’s fully packed with clothes. It tends to lean on the heavier side and will fall if you don’t lean it against a wall. Aside from that, I don’t see anything negative about it. Highly recommended. \n\nIt looks classy too and you won’t think it’s cheap unless you look at the brand logo. Lol. \n\nThe checkered is very faint too, you won’t easily notice it on certain light conditions.
