Arrived on time. The product is working properly. Product box is a bit dented but the product is ok.

The product was dirty and dusty and it wasn't sealed. Packaging was not so good. The big box of electric fan was sitting on top of the cooker and the cooker was not secured well to keep it from moving inside the big box. Thankfully product is not damaged and is working. There was one piece of adhesive thing that came off as shown in picture. The grill plate was difficult to secure and the grill plate lock would occasionally malfunction and unlock on its own. The electric fan was working as well but they got the numbers mixed up. Number 1 setting was the strongest and 3 was the lowest setting. Still thankful for the freebie can't really complain cause it's free and it's working and very quiet. It is worth buying for 4000 pesos but I would think twice of buying it at full non-discounted price.
