DAVIES Mondo Plexi-Tite Cementitious Waterproofing

MONDO Plexi-Tite is a water-based acrylic polymer formulated to be blended with portland or pozzoland cement. The resulting polymer-cement compound, when applied properly, results in a tough but flexible membrane capable to bridge hairline cracks. SURFACE PREPARATION • Surface should be clean, dry, free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, loose materials and other contaminants. • Remove dirt, dust, loose or excess grit or mortar with stiff brush and clean surface by high pressure water hosing. • The loosening or fallen of concrete have to be removed and the large holes, cracks should be repaired first. • All structural cracks must be repaired prior to waterproofing application. Use the required sealants and structural bonding agents.PRODUCT PREPARATIONAdd cement gradually to MONDO Plexi-Tite and continue mixing for 3-5 minutes until the desired consistency is obtained.APPLICATION • Wet masonry surfaces thoroughly with water. • Apply MONDO Plexi-Tite cement mixture using brush or roller. For best result let applied MONDO Plexi-Tite cure for 3 days before applying desired painting system.

STORAGE AND HANDLING • Keep container closed when not in use. • Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space. • Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage. • In case of spillage absorb with inert materials such as sand.
