Received in good packing condition and on time. Upon opened package it was very disappointed. First I remember ordered the English version but received Chinese mp3 version and Chinese manual. Immediately，I sent message to seller requesting assistance how to switch or change all the applications to English version but up to now almost three days they have not come back to me. Another disappointment is the mp3 Bluetooth connection is very poor and volume very soft even turned up to maximum. The set built up is acceptable but not worth buying. With this price can easily buy a better built mp3 set.
