Good enclosure, running a Seagate 7200 rpm drive I am getting speeds upto 250 MB/s via Thunderbolt port.\nThe RAID controller is inside the enclosure (good so that it eliminates accidental changes). \nOnly thing is the manual is in Chinese only!
