This is PGM’s version of “the rotator” that was created by Dr. C.H. Kim from S.Korea. It’s slightly different from the original but you can do most of the exercises of the original. \n\nIt is not just a swing aid trainer to help you feel the arm position feels, it is also a stretching tool that helps internal/external shoulder rotation, as well a guide for hip rotation. \n\nJust search “How to use \"The Rotater\" the golf training aid” in YT and you’ll find the video where a golf coach and Dr. Kim himself shows how to use it.\n\nThe main difference from the original is the handle (which you’ll see in the video). Due to that difference, there is one exercise you can’t do with the PGM version. \n\nBut anyway, that video is what made me decide to get this training aid. It’s also much cheaper than the original.
