The item was delivered within 3 days. The box was slightly flattened but contents are intact (Fitbit, extra band, charging cable and quick start guide). Also, the band seems to have a funny smell like it was stuck in the warehouse for a long time. Nonetheless, I am happy with the item and it is very nice to wear. I was able to easily connect the device to my phones (I have an iPhone and an Android and it works with both as long as you have the Fitbit app and account). I am using it already to track my steps and heart rate. Hopefully this will last for a long time.
