Received the item intact and secured in its own box. Except for the door closer pole which was damaged while being shipped, main ladder is brand new and free from any form of material defect and damage. Seller is very responsive, considerate and accommodating as a replacement pole was arranged to be shipped right away. The pole sent had some dents and was missing its handle. Although it’s not an ideal situation, i do admire seller’s quick response in resolving the issue. With that being said, i am gladly giving the seller 5 stars for excellent customer service. Highly recommending product and seller.
