🔍DETAILS - WEICON's Screw Adhesive is highly viscous / easy to remove / KTW-tested / suitable for drinking water / prevents loosening / has DVGW approval. ⚙️AGAINST SCREW LOOSING - The screw locking lacquer prevents unintentional loosening of screws / resistant to vibration loosening / seals screws / against unintentional locking problems. ⚙️FIELDS OF APPLICATION - The waterproof sealing compound is KTW-tested for drinking water / universally suitable for all types of metal. 💡 SIMPLY EFFECTIVE - The sealant is optimally dosable due to the dosing tip / patented WEICON Pen System. The adhesive reaches hand strength after 10-20 minutes / achieves best results. 🏆WEICON - 100 % German Quality - The sealant fulfils the highest quality requirements in compliance with physical, safety, toxicological and ecological regulations. 💡SURFACE PRETREATMENT - To achieve optimum results, the parts to be mounted should be degreased and cleaned, e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner (roughen if necessary). WEICONLOCK can also be used on uncleaned surfaces, e.g. screws in the as-delivered condition. However, the cleaner the surface, the better the results achieved. ⚙️PROCESSING - WEICONLOCK is evenly applied directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK annularly to the thread. Mount and tighten parts. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause curing in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing devices is therefore recommended.
