Encourage fluid intake. Prevention of dehydration and setback after periods of stress (weaning, transporting, vaccination, deworming and during hot weather). Support in the treatment of infectious diseases, thus maintaining good health and performance.Dosage : Administer through drinking water. Given daily for 5-7 days or as needed. Poultry: 1 tsp/4 L for approx. 20 heads. Swine: 1 tsp/4 L/pig.Contraindications : In a completely obstructed GI tract, care should be taken when administering oral solns. Feed adequate colostrum to calves and pigs. Avoid over-feeding of milk/milk replacers. Do not use in animals known to be hypersensitive to the active ingredient. It is used on its own or in conjunction with antibiotics. However, electrolyte solutions are not compatible with sulfonamides.
