The product is great, but the shipping was lacking bubble wrap. However, the item did come in a box. Everything was inside the box, so maybe that acted as bubble wrap. But if there was additional wrapping, it would feel a bit safer. The only downside is that the SSD lock uses a plastic slot and doesn't use screws, making it difficult to install. You need a pointed tool for that. Also, you have to find a thin SSD because the free heat sink design they provide is hard to install if the SSD is thick. I bought a Fanxiang with a pre-installed heat sink. But the lock can't be turned all the way. However, even a little lock is enough. Once you install the new SSD, don't forget to initialize it. I was puzzled why nothing was showing up; it turned out I hadn't initialized the SSD.
