Hold the eyeliner in your hand and draw slowly on the eyelid, not too close to the eyelash line. Just sketch enough to see the shape first. Put the fingers of your other hand on the eyelid at the outer corner of the eye. Then slowly pull the eyelid to make it easier to write. Cut along the eyelash line as much as possible to leave the eyeliner details intact. If you like thick eyeliner, you can cut over and over to make the eyeliner thicker little by little, because if the curve can be removed and redrawn,#eyeliner #eyeliner #waterproof and sweat-proof #smooth lines #fast drying #non-smudging
