Working full-time at home, I’ve been experiencing leg and backpains from sitting long hours. After just a week of using this table, I’m quite happy w the result. All my pains have been significantly reduced. I find myself standing 60-80% of my 8hr shift. While standing up, I love that I’m able to stretch my legs or sway my body to music while working. I’d rather have a little bit of pain/tiredness from that, than fr being stuck at my desk, usually in one position for hours. This is so worth the investment. I chose this manual table due to cheaper price, and avoiding having another cable wire. Takes me about 35sec to “crank” it fr sitting to standing postion (about the same time as my Excel loads/saves). I partnered this w the somewhat pricey (and heavy) rubberwood tabletop, which helped eliminate the wobble. No wobble at all at 40in height, so unless you’re a giant, this is great. I assembled it by myself (regular adult independent girly w no special skills), in one hour. The tabletop is predrilled, you need your own screwdriver, everything else is provided. Hope this helps!
