Excited to use this. Tried one before i slept and felt good this morning. will update on later days\n\nUpdate: Hslf on my 2nd box... I would say it's effective for me. I feel lighter. Zippy on my jeans doesn't open now....haha di na sya masikip ngayon at puputok. I also feel lighter despite its my menstruation days, which before i usually felt bloated and heavyweight on lower abdomen

it is so hot to use and late yung effect nya pero tinanggal ko din lang mga 8 hours tumagal saakin, sumasakit na kasi yung tyan ko after 8 hours so idk if I should keep using it

sa tingin ko effected sya kc sakin kc napansin ko medjo lumaylay ng konti yung bilbil ko 5 days ko palang sya nagagamit kaya lang young pandikit nya makati namumula na nga youngsa gilid ng pusod ko ehh pero tuloy parin ako sa pag gamit
