I started following the method from the video and even though I used four strands, it wasn't tight enough. After asking customer service, I learned that the video actually shows a knotting method for two strands. So, four strands didn’t work well, but once I tried the knotting technique they shared, it was much better. For larger holes, it's better to go for thicker ones. Customer service was really helpful and responded quickly to my questions.
