Thank you JS Unitrade for the huge markdown this 6.6 sale. I've been waiting to build up stock at home. Our seniors prefer the Caress brand for it's absorbency and no plastic smell. One senior has lost weight so the medium sized diaper is now a little loose. Side leaks can be an issue.

Caress has always been our brand. The problem was with logistics. I ordered this on 10 Sept, with 1 week of stock at home thinking that should be more than enough to tide us over until this order arrives. I received this on 22 Sept. Grabe! I got it for a good price so I didn't want to cancel. But I had to make an emergency purchase good for 2 weeks because Lazada couldn't say when it would be delivered. So bad. Tapos BUTAS pa! Buti na lang diapers are still okay. Otherwise, return refund after all that waiting; nightmare!

Took a couple of days to deliver .... maybe because I ordered it on Valentine's weekend?\nBox is damaged with a big tear and the top is loosely taped. You can see the pack of diapers. I don't think the inner plastic packaging was torn. Or at least I hope not.\nNot much discount given so far this year. Sana mag big sale sa March. Kailangan nang replenish the stock.

Waited for more than a year to get this at less than 10 pesos per diaper. Bought more than a dozen boxes because Caress is good value for money. BUT LAZADA DID NOT DELIVER ALL THE BOXES. And Lazada tells me to get a refund. Even after I told them I need the diapers! Talk about tone deaf. No matter what I say, Lazada says get a refund like a broken record. Kaya ko nga binili kasi kailangan Diba? No effort on Lazada's end to do something. Kahit sorry nga, Wala. What can I do so they feel the same frustration and exasperation I do? Ganti ba.

The first 3 boxes were delivered the next day but the last box took more than a week, 3 failed attempts due to \"courier ran out of time\", and complaint filed with Lazada.
