well what you see is what you get, its the thickness its a bit small compare to the picture posted and when you use it its kinda flat you're most likely closer to bed without space on you neck so it wont elevate your head that much as if you are not using a pillow and the feeling is you're just lying on your bed alone without pillow on it\n Comfort:its an ordinary pillow you cant feel any difference
