product was wrapped in sufficient wrapping material, but inside the lid was not properly packed. it's twisted/deformed and could no longer be positioned or used properly.

The product is good. Matibay naman. My comment lang is hindi siya fully wrap ng bubble wrap or hindi nakalagay sa karton. Buti nalang, walang damage ang tagiliran niya at maayos na nakarating sa akin. I like the product.
