just tried this product. definitely generic, you need to have at least 2 scoops to take effect. there is no taste at all. good price but not close to a good quality preworkout. I suggest using other more legit products. good for beginners I guess. but great service & delivery. Thank you.... 😎😇😌🙏🏼

Item took a while to be delivered but they came with no issues. It was well packaged. Appreciate the freebie. Haven’t tried it yet but hope it’s good. Only downside for this is it contains way to many sugar. 30g. And a lot of calories. Didn’t see that. My mistake. I think this is more ideal if you’re trying to gain muscle and are not on a diet. But since I am, I only have a 2k calories. 2 cups is already 1260 cal. But overall Good item for the protein.
