I've been using it for more than a week, it works well for me, I take 1 before sleeping and I can feel sleepy pretty quickly. I do feel sleep most of the time because of it even after napping. but I guess it's because I still need more sleep.

Have only taken one capsule and have yetto feel the ffect. The box of the bottle was not sealed. No pvc seal on the bottle cap as well, although, there is a cardboard with foil top attached to the bottle upon removing the bottle cap. Product and consumer protection needs to be improved. Product is newly manufactured and expiring on 2027 June.
