Easy to use, easy to clean, and doesn't take up a lot of space. I really enjoyed using this unit. I ran it continuously for about 10 minutes, and it stayed cool the entire time. I also liked the long cord. It allowed me to plug the unit directly to the outlet. On the contrary, my old 3D vacuum only had a 1-meter cord. My only complaint is the water heater. You'd have to press the spray button longer so that the water heats up. By then, you'll have a very wet fabric which also dries up longer. I'll bring a pail with me next time so that I have something to build up the heat on.

Glad that the response was instantaneous and they were very helpful. We followed the instructions provided and it worked. \n\nTried it on one part of our fabric sofa and it did an amazing job. The brush helps a lot and the vacuum is strong enough to aspirate dirt embedded in the fabric. You can literally see it's cleaning power when you empty the dirty water tank of the brownish water.
