So sorry for the late review... this 2 in 1 hair iron is very easy to use and it also switch functions, can be used to curl or straighten your hair, at a very affordable price. it heats up quickly and safe and gentle on hair.. the box is a bit crumpled but the hair iron itself is not damaged. working properly but to straight hair I have to hold the edge of the iron to press against each other so that the hair will be properly ironed. it's quite not tight kasi when you close so you have to hold it.
