Chuck and shaft are stable, up to 13mm (0.5 inch) as indicated. Accessories, kit are complete. Product support is responsive, stated warranty, 1 yr for the machine, 6mos for the battery. No spark, means brushless motor inside. Material is ABS plastic. Not sure about other model if it has metal casing part. Hopefully it can serve me well for a long time.
