It’s thin gel like but formed substance, it’s wet, cold (after refrigerating for a few hours) does not irritate my eyes. This is the first time I used this, I need to cut the pointed part otherwise the curve is too deep that it does not cover my eyebags. I hope it will not irritate my eyes and my skin and hope this will work. really soothing for the face especially under the eyes. almost a month of using, 2-3 times a week. there's only a few of it left. I use them under my eyes, and sometimes on my forehead and neck. fine lines on my eyebags and pores on my face under my eyebags become less visible after each use. but of course, it's just like an instant and temporary effect.\n
