Despite the deficiencies (I'd just wear a men's incontinence pad or diaper doubler to augment the absorbency for overnight use - with the pleasant side effect of a big bulge), I still find myself buying these for myself. Would recommend this for growing children and teens that are too big for baby diapers but too small for medium-sized adult diapers...
