The case was sent in an envelope, without any wrapping or bubble wrap at all, and no bag to cover it either. The item traveled a long way, luckily it didn't get damaged, haha. I ordered 4 and received 3, what a fate!

The package arrived without damage. It has a strong plasticky smell because of the material used for printing the design at its back--only the back part of the phone case has the design and the sides are plainly transparent. It looks pretty and feels thin. I doubt if it can effectively protect the phone from falls. If you prefer a sleeker feel for phone cases and you're not that clumsy with your phone, this phone case works just fine. I recommend it for its aesthetics and sleek feel on hand.
