Ease of Installation:Will only take you 5 mins to screw things up.\n Durability:Not that thick but it does it work\n Security:Secure enough to keep your door closed.\n \nI only need a simple hatch, and found it here in Lazada seller that is hard to find in local stores in malls or hardware.

pretty sturdy and does what it's supposed to. Bought one from ace hardware for 130+ pesos and comparing the quality, it's good enough. the finish is not as smooth as the one from ace hardware but it's just a small difference considering the price. All good.
