Within 20 minutes I’m fighting to keep my eyes open. I’ve also noticed nightmares have decreased, not sure if there is a correlation but seems to have made a difference! 😘It has been a little harder getting up in the morning, but worth the good rest.🙌\t

I don’t know what Ozmolts is doing differently, but theirs is the most effective melatonin I’ve found in years. One tablet, which dissolves within a couple of minutes, is all I need for a few hours’ rest as opposed to what has become all-too-frequent insomnia. Thanks！👏👏\t
