Delivery service was efficient and timely. The product fits my A4 papers okay, though with A4 documents, it can be a bit of a tight stretch even if it fits. There is a small dent on the spine of the folder when I received it, but it's okay. The bagpipe like bag for the document holder is a bit thin but it does the job, so I just have to be careful. I also liked that it had free labels with it. Still, I am overall satisfied but there could be some improvements.
