Second time to order. Really effective. Just wait about 20 to 30 minutes magiinit sya. If the skin pores opens doon iinit. Mag antay lang. effective for rheumatism. Numbness,maga,Pasma/ lamig,Pilay. You can also use them on arms. itried them and really helps a lot. I highly recommend this product.
