The clips are packed with the wings flat BUT it doesn’t affect the shape. The wings will spring up and flutter once you take them out of the packaging.

I just got my order and I am truly satisfied as they were really nice in actual but the two (2) out of the eight (8) I ordered were defective. The spring that support the wings are broken. I just wished that they checked the items before sending them out for delivery. But overall I'm happy with the item.\n\nP.S. Carl's partner here.
