it works. i hope it lasts long. i was hoping it would feel sturdier. 5 gallon containers are heavy and if i drop it on this, it may break or get crooked. just be careful in putting the container.

Received the item incomplete. The faucet was missing so we cannot use it. Too bad our house help was the one who received the package and according to her the plastic packaging was broken when she received it.
