Desperately trying to return the goods received since I got 6 boxes of pediasure 3plus 1.8kg but to no avail. User is a senior and not a toddler. No return button but instead only a refund button. So disappointed.

Been ordering ensure for the nth time already! But this is the my first to order in bundle of 6, and this is the first that I received 2 dented cans. Didn't worry much of the dented cans what concerned me though was when I received it the cans were so hot!! And the silver seal were so bloated/raised (compared it with my still unopened can). Really worried that the contents vitamin ingredients are compromised, an elderly supplement so Abbott should really put proper handling instructions!!

Got my package in a box wrapped with plastic bubble. Unfortunately, all six cans have dents. I reported the issue to the seller and hopefully they can do something about it. This is my second order from this store, the fist batch was good but this second batch are not.

Medyo madami bubble wrap pero prang di naman nakatulong. Pde siguro alisin na lang, sayang lang sa plastic kawawa ang kalikasan. Sabihan na lang courier na ingatan paghandle. Goods naman yung item. Jan2023 pa expiration nila, pareparehas din silang manufacturing batch number. Ibig sabin stock talaga, hindi kinuha lang sa kung saan saan. Baka natagalan lang to sa warehouse nila since Jan2021 pa manufacturing date.

This is the first time that it happened to me. Previously all of my orders from Abott were all well packed. But now, all 6 pcs Ensure milk can (1.6kg) are dented and 1 milk can (picture as shown) is really disappointing

Great deal for the price during the 7.7 sale!\n4 out 6 cans had dents but as long is did not cause the cans to open up it’s okay for me. Although I would appreciate it more if the courier would handle it with more care in the future.
