Items came complete, all brand new, and exactly what I ordered.\n\nSame quality compared to the pricier ones but this one is a lot cheaper. Easy to apply on the surface and the adhesive is strong enough to hold its' own weight.\n\nAlready used on our wall to fix a long hairline crack.\n\nHighly recommended.
