My order arrives early.. i have finished installing it and it works perfectly fine. But seller forgot the long pin and it took me quite a while looking for it. Until i realized that i set aside my old door closer. I took it’s long pin and i used it to install my order. Seller pls make sure everything is included before delivering any package nxt time.

Performance seems to be very random. Sometimes it slams the screen door shut, and sometimes slowly as it should. Maybe there's a trick to this but it should work consistently.

the quality and appearance is very good the performance needs to observe the durability how long the hydraulic cylinder will lasts. I installed it already and looks good the only problem is during the closing moment it's moved very slow until the screen door totally closed

The brown one has a small dent in the tube, although it was still wrapped in plastic and in a box with bubble wrap. I don't think it will affect the functionality. I've already installed it and it works.

Ordered 6/8/22, received 6/10. Delivery’s just right. Better to buy a new one and install it on my own rather than install by an aluminum shop. Mahal ang cost ng labor. Thanks supplier
